Can't record new outgoing message when accessing voicemail remotely
I am trying to change the outgoing message from my cell phone (which I have done successfully before). I go through all the prompts just fine until after I actually record the message. I press "#" as instructed, but it doesn't recognize that I have pressed it. I try to press 1 to save the new message, the system lady says, "Are you still there?" After pushing buttons a few times, the system lady says "You seem to be having trouble, try again later." Help?
