Cannot reach any customer account executive via phone

I have been trying to speak with someone from Comcast since 8:00 am this morning and no one seems to be picking up the phones. I have been stuck in the hold queue with no luck. We have called the 877-543-3961 which is the number our Comcast representative provided us and the 877-761-7401 phone number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
