Call transfer going directly to voice mail
I have an account with 4 lines and the one line is automatically going to voicemail when called or transferred to that line. How do I fix it so the phone will ring first?

Can you provide me some more information about the issue that you are experiencing? Is this only occurring on a specific line? If so can provide that number? Does the line ring at all?
