Call trace

Is there an equivalent to the *69 feature on other phone services?  I want to find out what the last number to call me was, but it wasn't a harrassing or threatening call, so the *57 is not what I need.  Someone's fax machine keeps calling us and we want to send them a message that they have the wrong #, but we don't know who it is...
