Call History gone

For about the last 24 hours, all call history for all our lines is gone ("There is no call history available").

 

Is this a known issue, or something specific to my account?

My call history is gone also on my Comcast Business account.

 

Msg - 

There is no call history available.

If any of you are still having issue pulling call records after following these steps, please let me know. 

I no longer actively support the Comcast Business Forum. If you have questions related to your Comcast Business Services please start a new post.

Hello Grantdi,

 

Within the business portal under the phone tab you should now be able to view your call records. I'm not sure why it is not pulling from before February, but if you need call records from before then follow these steps:

 

1)Go to the legacy(old) voice portal

2)Login using your phone number and CPNI pin

 

3)Click on call the call history tab:
