Call forwarding with a hunt group
We have three lines on a hunt group, only the first number is published. It's a standard hunt group, if the first line is busy, it rolls to the 2nd, etc, and if the call isn't answered, or all three lines are busy, it goes to the voicemail on the first number.
What I'm wanting to know is if there is a way to forward the calls beyond just the first number. As in, the first caller would forward to a number, then the second caller would forward to a 2nd number and so on. I turned on Call Forward Always, and that worked fine for the first caller. But if a 2nd person calls, while the first call is still going on, it just makes a beep and hangs up. I played around with adding Call Forward if Busy to the first line, but didn't seem to do anything. Suggestions?
