Call forwarding (online) not working

I can't activate call forwarding online.

 

it says: "your changes have been saved successfully, the settings that were updated will take effect immediatly" but it doesn't work at all.

 

I'd like to customize the number of rings and this option is only available online.

 

Any ideas?
