Business voice features not working, says try back in some time

We cannot get our business voice features to work at all.

It does not even load the options.

Giving an error message that says "Unable to retrieve Feature Settings at this time. Please retry after some time"

I am having a similar problem.  When I enter my account number/phone number and pin  the page refreshes but doesn't do anything.  Is there a solution for this?

I am having the same problem

Comcast technical support over the phone is not helpfull at all they insist i use *92

 

 

I just need a service that works, comcastbusiness-001.fw.png

Same problem on our recently moved service.  Things were set up and working, then Comcast moved us to a new switch and now our pre recorded greetings are gone, our voice-to-email is gone, and our other prefereneces are gone.  Manage My Phone links un to the old BroadServer but login fails. Manually going to https://businessvoice.comcast.net gets us in but no access to the Business voice features.  Tier 2 support has had this issue for a week and no fix is forth comming.  This is not Business Class service.
