Business Voice Edge App Issues Still
This was addressed in a previous post, but no solution rendered...Please lend a hand here
I setup my account and added my cell phone for the mobility. I downloaded the comcast business app and added the account information, but I do not see anything other than the service outages, billing and service requests on the home page, all of which are not accessable. I can see my account information but nothing for the phone
Ideas?

I too have the same problem...what was the fix? Very annoying

ggiacci, are you signing in with the primary user ID for the account?
