Business Phone Outage

After a FPL outage for about 35 minutes, comcast service was alos out briefly, however the phone service was to be restored by 7pm today. I recieved a text from comcast at 510pm that the phone service was restored. However , currently at 745pm the business phone cannot recieve calls and call forwarding not able to be implimented.  Please assist. Thanks
