Business App Problem
Today, using the Comcast Business App on my Android phone, (Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, Android 12), I was asked to sign in to my account (which I have not had to do in a long time). I did so, but the app would not open. There is no error message. It just sits there. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. I re-set the password and I restarted my phone. All to no avail. The app will not open.
What else should I do to get this working?

Hello, @sbudaj. I'm sorry to hear the application isn't working even after troubleshooting. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Can you please share what the error message is? Also, are you able to log into your account online?

I apologize, @sbudaj I misread your initial post. Have you attempted to use a different device to access the app? Is there a pending software update on your device?
