be anywhere rings but no call

Hi,

I normally use the be anywhere service to ring on my cell phone and it has worked for a long time with no problems.  Now that I am working from home I added my home phone number on my be anywhere list of phones (it is my 2nd number on the list after the cell).  When I get a be anywhere call it does ring on both my cell and my home phone but when I pick up the home phone i get nothing.  Just silence.  But if I answer on my cell phone it works just fine
