Why does your website contain lies and misinformation?

Your website says you have a "24/7, 365 support hotline for billing", and I call the 24/7 phone number, and it says you are closed....what am I missing here?

I’m having the SAME PROBLEM as well! Have called everyday & been told that department is too busy to speak to anyone but WILL call back within 24-48hrs... of course they don’t... I suggest maybe I will bring equipment back to service center so I can stop the billing cycle... Comcast answer is “oh NO, you need a special # from that department” I then think Ok I’ll out smart them & ask for a service call instead & have tech take equipment & cancel service all in one shot, the cs agent dropped call while transferring me!! Like SERIOUSLY??? So annoying! Not only am I canceling my business account but I am now canceling my home account as well!! Complete MESS!
