Unable to activate Comcast Business Account.

Hello,

 

I am trying to activate a Comcast Business Account using the active Comcast account number and Zip code or Phone number. But I am receiving the following error message.

 

Somone please look into this.

I'm having a similar issue, though I'm trying to link my new account to my old, as I've moved my services to a new location.
