Switch Comcast Business to Residential

Who can I call or contact to change my Comcast business account to a residential one?  We are no longer using the account for business, and now want to add TV and other residential features.  Thank you

Hey there @user_7eb27a thank you for joining us here on the Business Support Forums. You would call the Comcast Business services team at 1 (800) 391-3000 for assistance with converting the account. They'll go over the process with you, including cancelling the current business account, any fees that may be associated with cancelling (including applicable waivers in instances where a fee may apply), along with returning any applicable business equipment.
