Service? ? ?
For over a week now our service (and we foolishly signed up for data and VOICE) goes completely out several times a day for 10 to 15 minutes. Our users are outraged and we are at a loss for an explanation. Of course no one at Comcast - assuming you can EVER get to someone - has any idea but they will all "look into it" - and still we have service like a yoyo. Anyone have any ideas other than going back to Verizon.
