Return Business Acct Equipment. Form fails... what now?
We modified our service and no longer need the voice service. The telephone CS - Tonya Brewster - was great. We do have some problems, however.
1) She directed us to a form for returning the equipment... http://ly.comcast.com/corporate/returnequipment/. That form will not accept our business account number. When we try to find a service center for return, we are told we are a business account and no information is provided.
2) There is no way to have a conversation with anyone in CS via email, and telephone support is apparently not really 24/7. This is the only way we have been able to get to Comcast to ask this question.
We'd like to know how to return your equipment. It should NOT be this difficult.
