RE: Relocating Overhead Lines-Trying to Get in Contact with Engineering

@ComcastBiz_Support

I am in a similar situation as this original post mentioned, I am looking for a contact number for Comcast Engineering department to determine if Comcast owns the lines on specific poles in Baltimore City, since those poles will be relocated. Can you assist with this?

Hi, thanks for this response! When I follow your instructions and type "Xfinity Support", "Xfinity Support" does not pop up in the drop-down list. I see options for "support" and for "Xfinity Live", which one is best for messaging?

@user_6b7fbd I am so sorry for the confusion. You can use either of those options to chat with us.

Okay great. I sent a message to both of those a few hours ago but haven't gotten a response from either. What is the average response time? Thanks again for your help

Hmmmm. I am not seeing any messages sent privately on my end yet. Can you try sending another message?
