Payment credited to wrong account. Please help! I don't want to pay a late payment fee!
I have 2 accounts linked to my existing Comcast Business account.
Yesterday I paid my last bill (due date today July 30) to the one account which was closed 10 days ago. I also received payment confirmation via email for this closed account. Today when login I see that my yesterday payment was credited to the other account.
Please help! I don't want to pay a late payment fee!
