Payment arrangement confirmation is useless
Had a few bad months and haven't been able to pay my bill as scheduled but always made payment arrangements to get it paid but even with confirmation # of payment I get my services suspended every day before the date I promised to pay (suspended everyday this week) . I've spent numerous hours on the phone explaining everyday to another agent what is happening. Most agents are great and realize there is a flaw in the system and turn my services back on. This morning the agent was so rude and implied I don't pay my bills and wasn't deserving of having services with Comcast even though I tried to be polite and I have an arrangement to pay the past due in full today she still refused to help in anyway. As if I wasn't stressed enough about being shut off everyday and then to have this women talk to me that way was unacceptable. What good is having a payment arrangement ?
