Monthly Billing Price Increase of 29.36% - Really
My previous bill was $118.84, my new monthly statement is $153.73 - wow a 29.36% price increase! Seems a bit greedy, don't you think - I have a small business - if I increased all of my prices by 29.36% do you think my customers would be happy - no, don't think so !! One can expect to see a gradual increase due to inflation and other costs but, that only amounts to 2 to 3 % a year - why all of a sudden is it OK to simply say OK almost 30% is fine, hopefully nobody will notice. Stuck between a rock and no options as I don't have another choice for a service provider at this point in time. Although Comcast Service has improved over the years and Tech response time is quite good for Business Customers (at least from my experience), a rate increase like this is simply a slam to your customers - for this amount, hopefully the next time I have a Service Support Request, the Tech will also bring lunch for two - Pizza would be great - hey I'm paying for it !!!
