Loss of service due to Weather/Power issues last week
Our office was without power for several days last week due to winter weather and power outages. Does Xfinity offer any credit to our account due to loss of service ?

Good morning, Michael Moore. So sorry to hear your service was impacted by the severe weather and power problems that took place. I'm definitely happy to hear the service has since been restored though. We can certainly work with you on applying an adjustment to the bill for the downtime, do you recall how many days total it was out for?
