How to retrieve an old bill

I need an old bill from February 2020, how I do that?

That is a good question! If you can, you can go into your Xfinity My Account app and get bills that way, however, sometimes those are limited to going back to a year. You can also go into your local store and get a bill printed there too! You can use this link to locate the stores in your area if you need to, https://comca.st/3pw2t78;

Hello JosephB,

I am not the account holder, that's my boss, and he is asking me to retrieve that bill so I can't go to a store since he is in Spain right now.

This bill is really important because we need it for our SBA loan.

So: there's another way? Maybe some real person can send it to our business email?

I know that we here only have access to the last years' bills, so we aren't able to get that far back. The app or calling may be the best way. I am so sorry I don't have better options at this time!

Yeah, I'll try the app, because I tried calling before and I wasn't even able to talk to a person after 30 minutes on the phone, so I got frustrated and gave up.
