How to begin legal arbitration over dispute of services?
I have asked repeatedly for details regarding the contract that a Comcast Business customer agrees to that governs the management of PTR records vs PTR delegation of the same. To date, I have not received any response.
I believe Comcast is contractually obligated to provide reverse PTR delegation (aka RFC2317) to a Comcast Business customer who leases a /28 block of IP addresses. If there is no contractual obligation, then Comcast must show me where in the contract for IP services of a /28 block of IPs that Comcast is only obligated to provide PTR records. If no such contractual obligation exists, then clearly Comcast Business is hosting PTR records merely as a convenience to Comcast Business customers, in which case, I want to be put in contact with someone who can extend the convenience of PTR delegation to my business account.
