Equipment returned in January 2018, still receiving billings in May 2019!!!!

Equipment was removed from our property during a conversion to a bulk account by a condo association.  It was returned to Comcast in January 2018.  We have the receipt for the return.  We continuted to be billed until we stopped the auto pay option in early 2019.  I want a refund and for the payments they took from me after the conversion was completed.  I want my account reinstated without being "disconnected for failure to pay bill."  I have called both Comcast Business and Comcast Bulk Accounts repeatedly and they won't do anything to help me.  Now my account is flagged as past due and disconnected.  How can I get someone at Comcast Business to make this right?
