EDI and ENS service change and sales rep issues - Portland Oregon
We have been trying to get our EDI speed increased for several months and also get our ENS line connected in the first place. We are having a very hard time getting a hold of the sales team and when we do, they do not have any information.
I just want to increase my EDI speed to 1G and have our services moved in September to our new location. I am not sure why this is so complicated.
