Is there really no way of emailing support?  I got an email address from a live chat agent, but a message sent to that address was bounced.

I've been a comcast business customer for 15 years, and I'm still on the same 25mbps plan I originally signed up for when it was a mid-tier plan.  Now the lowest tier plan is 3 times that speed, and I want to see if there's a way I can switch to that without signing a new 2 year contract.

Hello,

I canceled my account with you in March of this year. I was owed a credit of $37.89. I received a check dated 03/30/2024 #[Edited: "Personal Information"] for that amount made out to Cleghorn Financial Sol. I am not a corporation and can NOT deposit the check. The check needs to  be made out to my personal name as my bank account is a personal account. I have called the "customer service" probably over 10 times. Have been told the problem would be "escalated". Six months of calling and nothing has happened. Overseas customer serive is terrible.
