Comcast declined to start a service with me
I found this offer https://business.comcast.com/exclusive-online-offer $49.95 a month for two years business internet .
Scheduled installation and when the day comes I called them to make sure technician will show up. Customer service told me my installation was cancelled. I asked why? She told me "price error" I asked her what is the problem with the price. She don't know. Told her about the offer. She tells me she can't find it in her system. Asked me why I want to use my own equipment. Told her yours is too expensive. And she was keep trying to force me to rent or lease their modem. So I contacted corporate office and still no answear from them.
Don't know what it the problem. Nobody can't tell me. Anyone experienced same thing and maybe got a answear?
