Comcast Business Services HARASSING SALES REP AT THE Central Division
I am livid. Adriana R. Reyes who works in the Central Division for Comcast Business Services. Emailed me a total of 5 timesin a week 1/2. I advised her 5 times I already signed up for service, have my appontment etc and dont need her help. I told her 4 times, that other sales reps from her same division keep emailing me after I said I have it set up. I dont need anyones assistance. I said it nicely the first time, but I dont have time to sit on the pc and go back and forth with a sales rep who thinks its funny to keep emailing me after I say STOP. I am reporting it to corporate, her immediate manager and reporting her to Haltabuse.org as well as my attorney at Glantzlaw. I am not putting up with anyone not accepting a nice please stop emailing me, I have the service and then continues to be sarcastic and keep emailing me. It is harrasment. It will be handled. In my business, if I had an employee contacting a prospect who does not want our services, over and over again. I would write them up, put them on probation or depending on the severity of the emails fire them! Its unprofessional, rude and its clear Adriana R Reyes in Business Central Divison. I had to curse her out at the end of the email chain. Since she is not in the office, I am sure tomorrow Ill get another email. Ive blocked all from the same email address. And I found Bill Connors PRESIDENT, of the CENTRAL DIVISION at Comcast on Linkedin. Since I am a premium member, I will be messaging him everyday until someone calls me or speaks to me that she has been coached on how to deal with a no.
