Can't get an Account Number after having an Order Number
I've had an order number for three weeks and I still can't get an account number. Every time I call customer service I'm told that my order is in "build account" status and I can't schedule my installation until an account number is created.
My next door neighbor and I placed orders on the exact same day and they're already installed. I need someone to explain to me what it holding up this process, and who I need to talk to to get this expedited.
