Cancelled TV Service Still Received a Bill
I called and cancelled TV service on my business account on Dec 14, 2020 and still receive charges for the canceled service today.
The cancel request form was filled out, completed and ticket number CR941821526 was created at the time I called. I returned the equipment to local Comcast store on the following day after completing the request form.
On Jan 7, 2021, I called the customer service to check the status update and was told the update would show on my next bill. My next bill is here and nothing has changed.
I logged on business account today and TV service is still active.
