Business transfer problems
My business will be moving in 2 weeks; I am having incredibly frustrating problems trying to transfer our phone and internet service to our new location. If I detailed what happened and when, it would come out sounding like a rant, which won't go far towards solving my problems, so...no rant.
I've spoken to the installation office regularly over the last three weeks, and my biggest frustration is: no one calls me back, and my sales rep and his manager do not acknowledge or return my emails. The customer service people at the installation office are pleasant and sympathetic, and have promised that they are emailing the escalation department, who are guaranteed to call me back by the end of the day...but no one calls. They send emails marked "urgent" to my sales rep and his supervisor, and promise that they will respond....but neither of them do. They give me the email contact for the supervisor, and I send my own email...no acknowledgement or response.
Our move isn't far, or tricky, or unusual - 4 phone lines and an internet connection; I'm not sure what the problems are in scheduling our transfer, but I sure haven't been able to talk to anyone about it, and I sure would like to talk to someone...anyone who can help.
I'm frustrated, but still civil. Is anyone out there?
