Billing and service

Coral Cay is in the business and hospitality division of Comcast. Had WiFi Pros installed, told of  $45/month charged and ok'd. Got billed for that and an additional $350. Called to correct as we already had internet service. Now after 5 tickets, we have no WiFi pro service and a disconnected modem. Trying to get a representative out to see and correct billing. Multiple emails and call go unanswered. 

 

Horrid customer service.
