Auto Pay History/Confirmation
I am a new customer and I signed up for Autopay. But it shocks me that there is nowhere on line for me to look and see my payment history, and there is no email confirmation of an autopay transaction. I would strongly recommend that at the very least you send out an automatic email when payment has been posted so I know for sure what amount has been taken from my account. But a payment history available on line would also be very useful. Since these are business accounts certainly you understand the need for a "paper trail" and confirmation of payments made. Thank you!
