Auto Billing not working, being charged late fees
This is the second time I have been charged a late fee, even though my account is on auto bill. At no time was my account debited, and when I checked with my bank to ensure funds were in my account, they said no attempt was made on the billing day (or 5 days prior or after). The first time, the fee was refunded, the second time I thought I had done something wrong, so I went ahead and paid it but asked the agent at the time if everything was set up for the next months billing cycle and was assured it was. Now again, 7 days after my billing date, and there is a late fee, and no payment has been made, again, despite having the auto payment set up.
