Regardless of what the Comcast Business web site says, you will not be able to discuss changing your account on a Saturday. You will talk to the robot for a while to confirm you are who you say you are, and then will be transferred to a recording that states that the office is closed, call back "later". It would be much better to post the hours when CSRs are actually availalbe. The residential customers can just drop by the convenient Xfinity store and talk to a human. Why, why, why don't you run your Comcast Business office the same way?
