I apologize for the late response to your post. Have you confirmed your channel lineup with your business portal login compared to what your device is receiving? Would you be able to list the channels that are not showing up in a private message for me?
Has any Business Comcast customer tried to cancel their TV service due to non-use? I tried and customer service rep told me it comes with the business service package and cannot be removed, but yet they bill us monthly fees of $11.95 for a broadcast TV Fee and the Basic TV service. Is this just a small way that Comcast can get extra fees tacked onto each business customers monthly bills? I'd say that's quite a sneaky way of doing business.

If you're looking to completely removed business tv then you can contact the retention department at 800-391-3000. They will be able to provide you with account specific details on removing tv and how it may affect your current contract and any promotional pricing you're currently receiving.
I'd like the 10 or so users with cable in theor office to be able to view television on their PC. I don't necessarily need them to stream, which I understand requires an Xfinity home account. But is there a set top box or PC card I can install that would let the cable signal be viewed on a PC?

Unfortunately using our apps to stream to a PC is our most available option to you at this time. However there are other devices that you can purchase to achieve your goal. You may want to look into purchasing a SlingBox device which will connect to one box and send that signal through the internet to your desired device. I hope this answers your question.
I just put the Comcast business app on my iPhone. It shows what channels I am receiving. However, I cannot watch them thru this app. I also have the Xfinity TV app. I can watch tv at home, with my home account, and at my work thru my business account. However, when I switch from home to business all the programs that I downloaded to the phone are returned. Is there any way to get around this? I would like an app for home, and one for work. Anyone have a suggestion?

If you want OAN, HSN, OWN, Golf, CMT, all the religious channels, all the kiddy channels, great and you can pay for it. I don't want them and I'd rather not pay for them.

I have been researching this for awhile now and I can not get anything to work. I am trying to get our company digital signage setup which includes using Comcast live TV input via HDMI out and into our digital signage applicance (Brightstor)
We would like to have to option to use our signage box to send IR codes to the cable box to change the channel on the reciever. Unfortunatally, the Comcast box we have the NRG110 does not play well with sending HEX pronto codes to it. I have read and tried 100s of code and it will send anyting to that box . it seems its a common issue with these boxes
I called comcast to see if there was any way to upgrade to a diffrent box to make it easier to program these codes, but I was told that was not an option as that is the only box i could use.
My Comcast Digital Adapter Remote (DTA) went bad. I have 2 units so I was able to test with the remote to the second unit and channels turn fine. Changed batteries and everything on first remote and only the change volume, power on/off will work to control the tv but it will not change the channel on the box. Who do I contact to get a replacement remote?

I need to point out the irony of “Comcast Business” (the name of your division) offering a TV service in the “business” package that is so anemic in its channel offering that there is no “business” channel available! I have to pay more for a “business” channel with the standard “business” package from “Comcast Business”.
