Downgrade Web Hosting plan

Hello,

 

I am trying to downgrade my webhosting plan so I'm following this guide: http://businesshelp.comcast.com/help-and-support/email/register-vanity-domain/ but before I can do that it said I needed to register a domain.

 

So, I registered a domain yesterday and there was a success message saying to wait 45 minutes before it will appear. I checked this morning and I still don't see the domain I created.

 

How can I get the domain I created to appear so I can change my plan?

I read this article http://businesshelp.comcast.com/help-and-support/email/register-vanity-domain/ , the last step was to confirm the domain you just registered by clicking a link in the email they send.

 

Once I did that the domain showed up instantly and I was able to change my plan. Thanks!
