Can't see connected devices - Cisco dpc3941b

Is there a firmware update? 

 

I need help to fix this.

Hi RSantos and welcome to the business forums.

 

My apologies for not being able to see the connected devices in your gateway. We are aware of the issue, however, we currently do not have an estimated time of resolution as of yet. You are able to try and factory reset the gateway to see if this will improve this issue. This will reset all settings to the factory default.
