Single website/server unloadable

Starting today, with no known changes to our network, equipment, or service, we're unable to access any sites hosted by our business's web hosting company, for instance tierra-innovation.com and democracyjournal.org The sites are accessible from everywhere else but our office, and the sites are operating normally -- we just can't connect to them through this Comcast service.

 

This problem occurs only on our network, on all computers and browsers, after a factory reset of the router, with ethernet and wireless connections. We have no local firewall set up, and I turned off the Comcast Wireless Gateway's firewall on the admin page, or at least turned it to "custom."

 

I got the traceroute results below, but don't know enough to make any sense of them, besides that the connection couldn't be made. Any help's appreciated, as this is an urgent problem.

Did this get resolved?  I'm interested in the solution.  My company is having issues with one of our cloud-based software applications.  Could access from cell phone, home, hotspot, etc. but not from business comcast lines.   Other internet services fully functional.
