Comcast Business Internet - "To Stream or not to Stream"

...just installed BUSINESS 'net, phones, etc. for my HOME OFFICE and have the 150/50 internet.  Then bought the new Google wireless 3 puck wifi and have 131 down/24 up and that's great for typical business.  However, since Comcast won't sell me TV under my biz account at this address, I have DirecTV and it takes 90 minutes to watch a 60 minute program what with buffering, delays, etc.  So, called Comcast and 2 ea. reps said "Comcast Business Internet doesn't support streaming".  "?"

Hi davidc1 and welcome to the business forums.

 

Thanks for your question on streaming. Comcast Business does not support stream in the sense that we do not provide any streaming services ourselves. If you're streaming from your own device or another provider, then that should work. This could be an issue with the streaming services themselves or you could have an issue with your internet.
