DND should show Busy Lamp!

It is very frustrating that when someone turns on their Do Not Disturb (DND) it does not show a busy lamp on the display. You only find out that their phone is in this mode when you go to transfer a call and get straight to their voicemail. Please make this a feature or at least an option to display the busy lamp when someone has their phone on DND.
