Every Unified Communications seat includes access to Comcast VoiceEdge Softphone. Softphone, running on your computer, is a feature rich telephone that integrates with the Comcast VoiceEdge service. The Softphone allows your computer to act as your work telephone, whether you’re in the office or traveling. The Softphone also provides you instant access to a Group Directory of everyone in your business, and provides you with easy access to your Be Anywhere and Call Forwarding settings. The VoiceEdge softphone can be downloaded using your BVE Feature Portal (Downloads Tab).
