Robocalls

I attempted to sign up with nomorobo.com, but could not do so with my account.  The topic was purportedly 'resolved', but the resolution was for initial subscriber to individually contact Comcast.  I do not feel the issue should be labeled 'resolved'.

 

Is there a reason a person cannot subscribe to nomorobo.com with a Comcast small business account?   it does not appear Comcast has a solution for robo calls, so nomorobo may be of value.

Thanks for your question on nomorobo. The third party calling feature is not compatible with business lines:

If you are having issues with receiving a large number of calls, you may want to use our selective call rejection feature:

You can also register your number on the National Do Not Call Registry:

https://www.donotcall.gov/
