Outbound Be Anywhere not working

I did see a similar post at http://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/t5/Business-Voice/Comcast-Mobility-Be-Anywhere-number-missing... and followed the instructions provided there, but cannot use my cell to call into my Comcast number and then make an outbound call. 

 

When I turn on Be Anywhere for my cell phone and call my Comcast number, I am prompted for a PIN. No PIN works. 

 

The one one time I kept trying, I got a text message alert that my voicemail box had too many failed passwords and was temporarily disabled. I don’t have voicemail with Comcast. 

 

When i edit the PIN in the web interface, that PIN is the one that works at 888-710-6080.

 

What am I missing?

I can certainly assist with your calling feature. Please private message me your first and last name, the name of your business, the full address and the phone number associated with your business account.

I am also not able to make any outbound Be Anywhere calls. The app doesn't even have the phone option anymore. Has something changed? This was working until a month ago.
