Automated attendant/ bill pay online
I am a business customer and we currently have six location plus our office with Comcast. My frustration comes from trying to pay the bill with the automated attendant. All of the phone prompts work until I get to the last one where you confirm your payment. For the past six months pressing the 1 button on ANY phone does not work so it connects me to an operator and then they charge me for operator assistance.
I tried signing up online figuring this might be easier than being frustrated with the automated attendant every month. I was able to register and set up an email account. When I tried to link the other accounts together so I could pay them all online it asks me for a pin number. It says the pin number will be sent to my email but it never comes. I was mailed a pin number for one account. Can someone either fix the automated attendant or find out why I am not recieving the pin numbers in my email?
