Late Fee Charge

We are a business that have alot going on and honestly paying comcast on the exact second they need their money isnt the first thing on our mind. We ALWAYS pay what we owe but a $10 late fee? Are you serious? You need to work with us on this! The previous company we worked with understood and waived it for us. Please do something because we may have to just go back.
