Credit billing

Canceled service months ago.Equipment returned 6 weeks ago.Instead of crediting $75.0 as promised over phone,they keep calling for another $75 for equipment charge.Their own tech took the equipment and we have proof.Account still says $75 due.Do the folks at Comcast communicate with one another/update the account info at some point?

If they do not fix my account asap,I will be so not happy!
